PROJECT PLANNER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and update stakeholders on project timelines.
• Assist in resource planning, cost estimation, and procurement scheduling.
• Identify potential risks, delays, and bottlenecks in project execution and suggest mitigation measures.
• Support the preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims when required.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, client specifications, and project requirements.
  
  

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Must have 4-5 years of experience in project planning for interior fit-out projects in the UAE.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of fit-out project sequencing, resource planning, and procurement processes.
• Excellent skills in progress tracking, reporting, and coordination.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be locally available in the UAE and immediately available to join.
