Project Onboarding Manager - Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite)

Our client company is actively looking for Project Onboarding Manager. Our client is based in Silicon Valley, is a leading digital healthcare-only company on a mission. Job Role:
Manage participants connectivity and successful go-lives as per the set deadlines
Facilitate regular meetings and communication channels to keep stakeholders informed of project progress, milestones, and potential risks
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery of onboarding initiatives
Manage Vendors who are critical for the PHC onboarding
Update key stakeholders and client leadership on the progress of onboarding for the PHC Initiative
Escalate to leadership where required
Raise risks and issues related to onboarding
Complete onboarding documentation as Per Onboarding requirements.
Ensuring all requirements are in place in order for Managers to proceed with reporting on the status of the onboarding
Liaise closely with the Project Management team to understand and execute next steps with each provider.
Work closely with Provider Engagement to ensure the list of facilities required by onboarding to connect are up to date.
Make follow up calls for completion of onboarding implementation tasks.
Answer inquiries related to the participant's onboarding process and requirements.
Tracks and follow-ups the completion of connection requirements, including Security Assessments based on the deadlines given.
Reports names of non-cooperative facilities to the Provider Engagement Team and DOH for escalation
Maintains and submits reports including score, approval status, EMR, contact information, and final summary status.
Extracts reports and Stats for reporting purposes
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Ensure compliance with Companys policy and other relevant regulations on Information Security.
Performs other duties as assigned or required by the job.
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Timings: 9 AM - 6PM
Experience Required: 3 Years - 6 Years
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred)
