client is actively seeking a highly
motivated and experienced Project Manager- MEP who will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of accounting projects, ensuring
timely and accurate delivery while adhering to project scope, budget, and
quality standards.
- Creating and managing
project work plans, adjusting as necessary to meet evolving requirements.
- Assigning individual tasks
and managing day-to-day operations.
- Reviewing team
deliverables, ensuring compliance with methodology and project standards.
- Tracking project progress,
expenses, and profitability, while managing budgets and invoicing.
- Facilitating client
interactions, addressing needs, and identifying business development
opportunities.
- Leading team meetings and
ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in
Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- PMP certification is
required.
- Strong management skills
with experience in project planning and execution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft
Word and Excel.
- Prior experience in the MEP
field, specifically within hospital and contracting environments.
