Project Manager Radar, in Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a project manager to join our team, developing new products, executing support contracts and perform bid management for futhure contracts. You will manage these kind of projects and thereby be important for the growth of competence in the company. As project manager, you will be responsible for the entire project execution including concept, design and development including preparations for industrialization. You will take the overall responsibility within our project, and together with line and product managers set up the project to meet functional, economic, time and quality requirements for the product.
Proven experience regarding project management is equally important to the passion to build a brand new entity and operation in the UAE.

We are looking for a person with qualifications as,
· Emirati nationality
· Excellent communication skills
· Experience in bid management and business understanding
· Proven experience from project/program management
· Experience from product development and/or support contracts
· You have an relevant education or experience, MSc or equivalent
· Proven good ability regarding people management
· Have the ability to lead a group of young, multi-cultural subsystem experts
· Driven and goal oriented to meet deadlines
· Innovative to manage challenges
· You have very good integrity and good insights of your strength and weaknesses
· You must be able to express yourself in English, both oral and in written word.
· Meritorious is knowledge of radar development
This position requires that you undergo a security screening in accordance with the Saab internal processes.
