We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Fit out to oversee the successful planning, execution, and completion of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines and budgets. Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Management:
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources for interior fit-out projects.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
Prepare detailed project plans and communicate them to stakeholders.
Team Management:
Lead, supervise, and coordinate the work of subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams.
Monitor and ensure quality control of all fit-out work on-site.
Foster teamwork and resolve conflicts effectively.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and challenges.
Cost Control & Budgeting:
Manage project budgets and control expenditures.
Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractors while ensuring cost efficiency.
Verify and approve project invoices and cost variations.
Compliance & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of project activities, communications, and progress reports.
Ensure projects comply with local regulations, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
Handover completed projects with proper documentation and snag-free results.
Problem Solving:
Anticipate potential challenges and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
Address unforeseen issues promptly while keeping stakeholders informed.
RequirementsQualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in managing fit-out projects, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and construction methods.
Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
