Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project
plans, outlining scope, schedule, and resource requirements.
- Monitor progress throughout
the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to timelines and milestones.
- Collaborate with quantity
surveyor to ensure accurate costing and reporting.
- Serve as a primary point of
contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Lead a team of designers,
subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring collaboration and efficient workflow.
- Conduct regular site
inspections to ensure that work is processing according to plan, design
specifications, and quality standards.
- Ensure that all work
complies with local regulations, building codes, and health and safety
standards.
- Resolve issues related to
project scope, resources, or unforeseen circumstances that may arise during
constructions.
Qualifications
-Minimum of 8 years of
experience in project management, specifically in interior fit outs.
- Proven experience as s
Project Manager in fit out projects.
- Excellent time management
skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication
skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- A proactive approach to
problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
