Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring compliance with credit risk, fraud risk, and market risk regulations.

• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with international and local stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

• Risk Compliance: Ensure projects meet all relevant financial and risk regulations, including updates to compliance processes in line with new standards or regulatory changes.

• Tool Management: Utilize or oversee teams working with SAS, Moody’s, and IRFS9 for project delivery; ensuring accuracy and compliance with the tools used for different risk assessments.

• Business Analysis: Gather, analyze, and define business requirements and functional specifications, translating them into actionable project plans.

• Regulatory Updates: Stay updated on finance and risk regulation changes and ensure timely implementation into projects.

• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed project reports, compliance documentation, and regulatory filings as necessary.

• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with technical teams, compliance officers, and other business units to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 5-8 years of experience in project management or business analysis in the compliance domain, with a focus on credit risk, fraud risk, or market risk.

• Tools: Hands-on experience with SAS, Moody’s, or IRFS9 is highly preferred.

• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage stakeholders across international locations.

• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of finance regulations and risk regulations.

• Leadership: Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional teams.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP).

• Experience working in a global or multi-national environment.
