Project Manager Engineering

We are currently recruiting for an Engineer- Service Now for our client to be based out of their Dubai office.

Job Purpose:

To assist in the achievement of the ongoing projects objectives by engineering products, components or systems to meet customer
requirements , timescales and appropriate quality standards. Work includes coorinate with Customer , collection the inputs and giving
technical support, e.g. answering queries, failure investigations, problem solving., participation in acceptance tests and consturction
activies pertains to scope of work.

• Assess contract/project requirements, relevant design conditions and identify limitations and propose improvements.
• Collect and process data required for design work and interfacing with Customer and other stakeholder through project Owner's
• Liaise with other Engineering Departments to correctly engineering for the interfaces and coordination
• Participate and Develop solutions for design, manufacture and operating issues.
• Check the supplier's drawings, bills of material and other specifications.
• Transfer of relevant technical data to design sheet/technical report/technical documentation and issue to all relevant groups
• Be the Technical Coordinator for automation and electrical design interface requirements between the EPCs, Company and the  Project Team
• Ensure that the component/system is feasible, practical.
• Prepare and issue approved technical information required for interfaces in the appropriate system.
• Facilitate interface coordination meetings between various stakeholders in the project including company and keep the interface tracking register.
• Work at office mainly, however free to travel/work in customer / vendor premises
• Ensuring that interface and construction activities satisfy project scope and customer requirements
• Prioritise and schedule own work and escalate conflicts and delays in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with others to ensure the "design intent" is carried through to completion. Cooperation with other engineers in ensuring the minimization of project risks
• Accompany Customer / EPC representatives asEngineering Coordinator at Manufacturing and Factory locations of the project during acceptance test, installation works, Site acceptance tests.
