Job Description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading engineering software simulation company in Dubai, a prominent leader in engineering solutions that drive innovation in industries such as Aerospace & Defense and Oil & Gas. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Project Manager, who will oversee the scoping, planning, and execution of key projects, ensuring alignment with established objectives. Acting as the central point of contact, the candidate will coordinate communication among cross-functional teams and customer organizations. The role bridges Customer, Account Management, and Services Delivery teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and project success.


Key Responsibilities:
- Lead services engagements to successful outcomes by leveraging project management expertise, industry knowledge, and negotiation skills.
- Define project scope, goals, requirements, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project initiatives, including resource planning and task allocation.
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business initiatives, design needs, and engineering workflows.
- Oversee resource allocation, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues and providing resolutions in collaboration with internal and customer management.
- Provide technical guidance on advanced solutions and project planning.
- Work under the direction of QuantaSim Services Management and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of PMO standards and processes.
- Manage multiple complex projects effectively.

RequirementsQualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering.
- Professional experience in engineering software or product development: BS+5 years, MS+3 years, or PhD (entry-level).
- Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 Foundation. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, ADO, Microsoft Project, Monday).
- Demonstrated experience managing projects with multiple workstreams.
- Proven stakeholder management and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, with the ability to deliver status presentations to customers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a sense of urgency.
- Professional demeanor, business acumen, and a results-driven mindset.
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 25%.
- Industry knowledge of the Aerospace and/or Automotive sectors.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Advanced professional experience in engineering software or product development: BS+8 years, MS+6 years, PhD+3 years.
- Four or more years of project management experience with a focus on enterprise software and technology deployment.
- Hands-on experience with commercial CAE, CAD, EDA, or PLM software packages.
- Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
- Ability to effectively engage with senior business managers and C-level executives.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 50%.
