Job Description
Our client, a new established real estate development company is looking
for a Project Manager to join their Dubai office.
The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of real estate development
projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the
highest quality standards. This role involves overseeing all phases of the
project lifecycle, including feasibility studies, design, construction, and
handover. The Project Manager will collaborate with internal teams,
consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives and
drive the company's growth.
Responsibilities:
·Develop and manage project
plans, timelines, and budgets for large-scale real estate developments
·Oversee project feasibility
studies, including market research, financial analysis, and risk assessment
·Ensure projects meet regulatory, environmental, and safety standards
·Obtain all necessary permits and approvals from government and municipal
authorities, master developers, utility companies and other counterparties
·Lead multidisciplinary project teams, including architects, engineers,
consultants, and contractors; oversee project design to ensure alignment with
business objectives, brand standards, and market trends
·Coordinate prompt tendering and contracting across the entire spectrum
of project activities (design, permits and approvals, commercial, construction)
and control fulfilment of obligations as per the executed contracts by third
parties
·Manage the process of mobilization and construction works, commercial
terms with contractors, timeliness of delivery and execution
·Control construction quality with contractors, subcontractors,
architects of record (AOR), regulatory and supervisory bodies.
·Ensure a comprehensive understanding of project expenditures and perform
efficient cost control
·Ensure efficient and transparent project-reporting (management accounts,
BoQs, implementation schedules, project budgets, percentage of construction
progress, presentation materials for both internal and external purposes)
·Proactively hire and efficiently manage project team
RequirementsRequirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or
related field. Master's degree preferred
-Hands-on experience in
project execution, including site supervision and resolving technical
challenges
-Proven experience in project engineering or management within the
development or construction industry
-Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods,
and building codes
-Proven track record of delivering large-scale residential, commercial,
or mixed-use projects
-Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft
Project) and CAD/BIM tools
-Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
-Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under
pressure
