PROJECT MANAGER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and participate in all project management activities related to architectural consultancy projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for design teams, Heads of Departments (HODs), clients, and founders. Ensure smooth communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
• Prepare, review, and present project reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency on project progress, risks, and timelines.
• Track and monitor project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain clear, concise communication across project teams, clients, and authorities, facilitating efficient progress and conflict resolution.
• Ensure timely follow-up on tasks and project activities to maintain project momentum and meet deadlines.
• Oversee project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and other administrative tasks. Ensure proper documentation of project decisions and actions.
• Lead and manage project tasks independently under the supervision of senior management.
• Manage and coordinate with relevant UAE authorities for approvals, permits, and compliance issues related to architectural projects.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or Project Management.
• Candidates MUST be immediately available
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within a consultancy setting, with a focus on architectural projects.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Experience with UAE authorities and regulatory processes.
• Must be detail-oriented with a strong ability to multitask.
• Should have previous experience in non-site-based project management tasks.
