responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, testing, and deployment of innovative software programs, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including software developers, UX designers, project managers, clients, and third-party vendors to effectively execute projects.
• Establish and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as a primary point of contact to ensure alignment of project objectives with business needs.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget constraints, while maintaining a focus on quality and technical feasibility.
• Conduct thorough client meetings to gather and analyze requirements, define project scope and objectives, and engage relevant stakeholders to validate technical feasibility.
• Manage resource allocation effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of talent to meet project demands.
• Develop detailed project plans, employing Agile frameworks, to monitor progress and facilitate transparent communication across teams.
• Utilize appropriate tools and techniques to track project performance and goals, sharing regular progress reports with stakeholders and escalating issues to management as necessary.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, employing rigorous verification techniques to maintain project integrity.
• Conduct comprehensive risk management activities to mitigate project risks and ensure successful outcomes.
• Maintain thorough project documentation throughout the project lifecycle to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure project continuity.
• Provide training sessions for end-users to promote effective utilization of software solutions

required skills, abilities, education, and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field.
• Extensive experience in delivering AI-powered solutions, with a strong background in software and deep tech domains.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional project management experience in the IT industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, and web conferencing platforms.
• In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, project management processes, strategies, and methods.
• Experience fostering collaboration in high-performing teams and promoting a culture of teamwork.
• Demonstrated ability in analytical thinking, problem solving, strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving obstacles, with experience in conflict resolution.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve project objectives.
• Adaptability and eagerness to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Capability to work independently, conducting research, and applying findings to project requirements.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
