Job Description:

• Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and due diligence to ensure project viability.
• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Oversee all phases of construction, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and aligned with financial goals. Monitor expenditures, approve invoices, and ensure timely payment to vendors and contractors. Implement cost-saving measures without compromising project quality and integrity.
• Track project progress using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring milestones are met.

Qualifications:

• Open to Indian Nationals
• Male, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (PMP, CPM, etc.) are a plus.
• At least 10 years of experience in project management within the real estate development industry in UAE, out of which at least 5 years MUST be in Dubai.
• Must have experience with mixed-use developments, residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
