💼 Position: Project Manager - Civil

📍 Location: Reporting to Operations Manager

💰 Salary: AED 20,000 - 23,000

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree: Civil Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 15 years in the UAE, specializing in industrial/warehouse projects
• Preference: Indian male candidates

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for the profit and loss of assigned projects, including budgeting, cost management, and variations.
• Build strategic relationships with clients/consultants to drive repeat business and maintain a high customer satisfaction index.
• Lead, motivate, and retain the project team, ensuring high productivity and quality work.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and contractual specifications.
• Coordinate site activities, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely material delivery and quality installation.
• Manage material/drawing submissions, approvals, and negotiations with stakeholders.
• Prepare and monitor execution strategies and costing sheets, ensuring alignment with project plans.
• Conduct daily site meetings, monitor subcontractors, and provide regular feedback to management.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and manage all aspects of project documentation, close-out, and defect liability periods.
