Job Description

The Project Engineer (Infra) position in Dubai, UAE, is a critical role within the construction and building industry. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing infrastructure projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of project execution, ensuring that all phases are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role demands a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a diverse team of engineers and contractors.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and coordinate all engineering activities related to infrastructure projects.
  2. Prepare and review project plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  3. Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
  4. Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government agencies, to facilitate project execution.
  5. Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
  6. Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates and financial forecasts, to senior management.
  7. Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff to enhance their professional development.
  8. Ensure quality control measures are implemented throughout the project lifecycle.
  9. Manage project budgets and resource allocation effectively to optimize project outcomes.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to incorporate best practices into project execution.
