Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project objectives and requirements.
  • Oversee daily construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues.
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and resources necessary for project execution.
  • Monitor project expenses, track cost variances, and assist in maintaining the project budget.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, including drawings, change orders, submittal, and RFIs.
  • Provide timely solutions to resolve technical and operational challenges during the construction process.
  • Prepare regular progress reports for the Project Manager, highlighting key updates, risks, and delays.
  • Ensure all project deliverables, including warranties and as-built drawings, are completed and handed over to the client on time.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in construction project engineering or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, project management, and contract administration.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
