Job Description

  • The project coordinator works proactively with local technical and commercial teams to ensure a clear overview of the company projects and follow-up.
  • Collects and synthesize information from various departments
  • Organize regular meetings with sales managers and technical teams (smelling sessions, briefs follow-up...)
  • The project coordinator is responsible for a proactive efficient communication and follow-up on projects with head-office technical teams.
  • Ensures traceability of project follow-up between subsidiary and parent company
  • Informs each department concerned of the progress of current projects and provides information on upcoming projects.
  • Communicates the challenges and constraints of each project

Requirements
  • Your dynamism, ability to communicate proactively, adaptability and customer focus are essential assets for this position.
  • Technical background in chemistry / perfume industry
  • Ability to develop olfactory skills
  • Fluent Arabic and professional English
