We are seeking a Project Coordinator to be based in the Middle East to play a pivotal role in supporting the successful execution of projects within our Land Development division (master planning, infrastructure, public realm). Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Project Manager in coordinating project activities, ensuring that all project deliverables are met on time and within budget. You will act as a key point of contact between the project team and stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and efficient workflow. Your role will involve organizing project documentation, tracking progress, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth project operations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Project Planning and Scheduling:
  • Assist the Project Manager in developing detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure they align with project objectives.
  • Maintain and update project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Compile and distribute project reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure all project documents are organized and accessible.
  • Communication and Coordination:
  • Act as a liaison between project team members, stakeholders, and the Project Manager.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the project team.
  • Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting minutes.
  • Resource Management:
  • Assist in the allocation and management of project resources.
  • Track and report on project expenses and budgets.
  • Ensure that resources are used efficiently and effectively.
  • Risk and Issue Management:
  • Identify and monitor project risks and issues.
  • Assist in developing mitigation strategies and solutions.
  • Track and report on the status of risks and issues.
  • Quality Control:
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of project processes and outcomes.
  • Support and Administrative Tasks:
  • Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and project team.
  • Handle project-related correspondence and inquiries.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new project team members.

What we’re looking for


  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, or a Built Environment related field (Master Planning, Urban Design, Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Architecture) or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 0-2 years of experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • UAE National with family book is a must
  • Available to join immediately
  • Able to work full time 5 days a week (40hrs / week)
  • Based in Dubai
