We are hiring a Project Coordinator, on behalf of a successful and global digital consultancy, with offices in MENA and APAC.
We are seeking a Thai-speaking project co-ordinator, that can be based in the Dubai office.
In this role, you will support the Project Manager in coordinating and overseeing multiple projects across various domains, including technology, construction, legal, office setup, and licensing. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
Track project progress and update project schedules as needed.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and project logs
Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
Identify and document project risks and issues, and assist in developing risk mitigation strategies
Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and organizational guidelines
Additional information:
MUST be fluent in Thai.
3 years of project coordination experience is required for this role.
15-18K AED a month depending on experience.
Experience in supporting projects in technology, construction, legal, office setup, and licensing is beneficial
