Job Description
Project Planning and Coordination:
- Collaborate with project managers to develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource requirements, and milestones.
- Coordinate and communicate project details with internal teams, ensuring everyone is aligned with project objectives.
Material Procurement:
- Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials required for joinery projects.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain an adequate stock of materials.
Communication and Reporting:
- Serve as a central point of contact for project-related communications between various departments.
- Prepare regular progress reports for project managers, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and proposed solutions.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and specifications.
- Organize and archive project files for future reference.
Skills
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2-5 years of proven experience in the field, of Project Coordination & Assistant engineering works.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in the Fit-Out or Interior company.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in project management tools and software is a plus.
