Job Description

Overall responsibilities:


  1. Manpower Mobilization and Demobilization:
    • Plan and execute manpower mobilization and demobilization in alignment with the project schedules for ADNOC offshore and onshore sites.
    • Ensure adherence to ADNOC-specific mobilization procedures across different sites.
    • Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth transitions and replacements during rotations.
  2. Logistics and Permits:
    • Handle travel, accommodation, and documentation for mobilized staff across multiple locations.
    • Maintain a detailed understanding of ADNOC’s procedures for mobilization to ensure compliance.
    • Arrange Abu Dhabi port passes and other site-specific passes required for offshore and onshore projects.
  3. Time Sheet and Rotation Management:
    • Manage time sheets and attendance for all offshore and onshore staff.
    • Enforce and monitor compliance with offshore rotation policies.
    • Coordinate with payroll and HR teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  4. Coordination and Compliance:
    • Liaise with ADNOC site management, contractors, and internal teams to align manpower schedules with project needs.
    • Ensure compliance with ADNOC regulations, safety policies, and labor laws for all site mobilizations.
    • Provide quick resolutions to any logistical or administrative issues during mobilization and demobilization.
  5. Administrative Support:
    • Maintain accurate records of manpower deployment, rotations, and leave schedules.
    • Organize orientation and onboarding processes for new staff as per ADNOC site requirements.
    • Regularly update management on the status of manpower mobilization and project alignment.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project coordination, preferably with ADNOC or similar oil and gas industry projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of mobilization procedures for ADNOC offshore and onshore sites.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and offshore rotation policies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities

Additional Information
