We make UAE a safer place by providing secure electronic payment solutions, cyber security systems and communications as well as security systems for Dubai International Airport and air traffic management and navigation systems for Abu Dhabi’s airport.Job Profile:The Professional Services Senior Consultant will demonstrate an ability to be a trusted advisor to CPL clients.This highly organized and self-motivated person will be able to coax requirements from a diverse customer base and use that information in an overall project strategy. From a technical perspective, you will review unique business and technical project parameters and define a successful solution for the implementation and integration of Imperva technologies. You will be people-oriented by nature and enjoy working in a collaborative environment with your team. You should be driven toward constant improvement of the practice, the product and the organization.Beyond your great attention to your clients, you will: Ensure that CPL products are deployed and operating to meet customers’ expectations.Provide customers with progress reports and other project documentationTroubleshoot technical issues with the help of the Support Team.This is a hands-on and technical role with extensive customer facing and consulting responsibilities. The individual will work with cross functional teams focusing mainly on IT security, encryption, key management and AppSec to design, install, and configure our key management solutions.  Ideal candidate must be self-motivated and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base and new products.  Service oriented. Business driven. Candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment and able to handle multiple priorities.Job Responsibilities:Pre-sales phase:Support the engagement specialists to accurately gather customers technical and business requirements and determining and positioning the most appropriate services engagements. Review and approve complex SOWs and efforts estimation.Delivery Phase:Execute and support the delivery of projects within his scope, following the industry best practices & standards as well as the company internal policies.Ability to scope, design, document and implement integration requirements.Self-starter and independent, but also able to work within a team environment, helping out when needed on various deployments.An aptitude for mastering new software applications.Ability to understand and communicate concepts quickly, succinctly and accurately, both in writing and verbally.Highly motivated, driven and passionate about technology, training and customer success.Able to plan for and deliver a project on a specific deadline.Job Requirements: Education:   B.A./B.S. degree required (preferably Computer Science, Information Services or a related field).Skills & experience:7+ years of relevant experience in professional services with a customer facing role within the IT digital security industryStrong technical skills and solid experience working with Internet Security, Networking Technologies, and Relational DatabasesPractical experience in managing technical solutions and services engagementsProven experience of systems integration and/or implementationProven solutions consulting experience in large enterprisesSolid background in cryptography and experience in networking and network security protocolsSolid knowledge of information security principles and practicesExperience with Linux/Unix system administration.Comfortable with shell scripting, Linux file systems.Experience with SE Linux a plus.Experience with virtualization – VMWare, Xen, KVM and/or DockerCloud certification (AWS, Azure) and AppSec certification a plus·Understanding the function of TCP/IP, HTTP, Load balancers, proxies and firewalls. Expertise is not required, but an overall understanding of how they work is necessary.Ability to read and understand Java and .net is a plus.Previous experience with SAST/DAST tools is a plus.Successful candidates will have at least two of the following: Knowledge of web application security technologies (WAF, Bots, RASP, DNS, etc...) Basic understanding of AppSec principles - candidate should be able to discuss OWASP Top 10 at a minimumKnowledge of DBMS such as MS-SQL, Oracle, MySQL, DB2, Big Data or NOSQL platformsKnowledge of operating systems such as Linux, Windows, and VMware ESXKnowledge of web servers such as WebSphere, WebLogic, IIS, and NginxStrong presentation skills with ability to deliver security consulting workshopsSolid knowledge in File EncryptionSolid knowledge in Network and storage encryption.Excellent interpersonal skills.Conflict management skillsAbility to conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for customers.Proven track records in high quality and on time deliveryCan conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines – and reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.Preferred Qualifications:3+ years of experience leading technical team members (in direct or indirect supervisory mode) in the IT consultancy and delivery space.Relevant security or professional certifications: CISM, CISA, CISSP, ITIL, PMPKnowledge of applications such as WebSphere, Apache Tomcat, JBossStrong Programming background and experience (Java, C++, .NET, SQL, XML) for digital security use cases.Strong ability to document requirements and to write technical response papers.Experience with Splunk, FireEye, Hortonworks, SAP/Hanna and/or Teradata.Experience in database administration (mainly Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, MS SQL, DB2, and/or Informix).Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud).
