Job Description

  1.  Development technical specifications, including pattern standards and rationing the model.
  2.  Control of batch production at all stages of production.
  3.  Preparation of all technical documentation for the production of the model
  4.  Propose and implement standardized garment construction methods.
  5.  Establish material specifications for each item in a batch, including material consumption norms.
  6.  Preparation of the complete set for the batch to be sent to production.
  7.  Preparation sample kits and record them in the system (sample warehouse)
  8.  Inspect fabrics for suitability for sewing.
  9.  Confirmation of compliance of the quality of samples with the approved standard.
  10.  Provide technical guidance during the production process for factories.
  11.  Inspect garment quality in the factory and laboratory.
  12.  Keeping records of fabrics and accessories after sewing a production batch in factories.
