Job Description:
Assist production engineer in achieving daily targets.
Manage the different resources (human resources and machines) to achieve daily targets and monthly targets defined by production plan.
Responsible for shop floor excellence and maintaining 5S.
Responsible for leading and encouraging continuous improvement activities
Assist production engineer in submitting daily reports (attendance sheets, production reports, etc)
Responsible for equipment maintenance by making sure all required maintenance and procedures for safe operation of the machines are completed by maintenance team and only an authorized trained operator is working on the machine.
Assist production engineer in planning and implementing training sessions, and updating training matrices.
Make sure quality standards are met at each production stage, cooperate with quality engineer/supervisor to solve all issues encountered during inspection.
Assist production engineers in developing cut sheets, SOPs and machine inputs.
Lead on the data entry of products data to machines and is responsible to operate the machines as per required data or required modifications.
Job Requirements:
University graduate
Experience in the field of ducts and damper manufacturing
