e.construct designs structures such as bridges, high-rise design, commercial facilities design, precast concrete engineering, and post-tensioning design. We are a multi-disciplinary engineering design firm with specialized design and value engineering services. The firm's core work is holistic at its approach, and it has divisions in structural, MEP, Geotechnical, and emerging construction technology such as 3D printing of concrete, technology, and 3D laser scanning.
This role offers the chance to oversee and optimise manufacturing operations at a state-of-the-art production facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, meeting quality standards, and achieving performance targets while fostering a safe and collaborative work environment.

What you'll do:
- As a Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the manufacturing operations at our cutting-edge facility. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be crucial in developing effective production schedules that meet customer demands while optimising plant efficiency. You will monitor production output closely, making necessary adjustments to achieve set targets. Your commitment to quality assurance will ensure that all products meet stringent company and industry standards. You will also identify opportunities for process improvements, utilising lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. As a supportive leader, you will supervise, mentor, and develop your team members, fostering an atmosphere of collaboration and accountability. Your dedication to health & safety compliance will ensure a safe working environment for all.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimise plant efficiency.
- Monitor production output and adjust plans to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Ensure all products meet company and industry quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop production team members.
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Manage raw materials and inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess.
- Generate and analyse production reports to track KPIs, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field with Similar Composite Materials such as UHPC.
- Minimum of 10 years of production management experience.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing large teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality assurance, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and production management software.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across departments.
