Foreground is partnering with a leading production house company specializing in printing, booths manufacturing, and branding solutions, based in the UAE to find an experienced and Production Manager.


Role Overview:


A results-oriented Production Manager with expertise in managing diverse production operations and a proven ability to optimize workflows. The ideal candidate will oversee all production activities, ensure timely delivery, maintain quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement within the production environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Production Oversight & Efficiency:


  • Plan, organize, and manage all production operations, including printing, booth construction, gift item production, event setups, and branding projects.
  • Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high levels of efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance productivity.

Quality Assurance:


  • Oversee quality control processes to ensure all products and services meet the companys high standards.
  • Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols to minimize errors and waste.
  • Address and resolve production-related issues promptly.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the production team to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Vendor & Resource Management:


  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to support uninterrupted production processes.
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure the best terms and cost savings.

Health & Safety Compliance:


  • Ensure all production activities comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to promote a safe working environment.
  • Event & Branding Management:
  • Oversee the production and execution of branding materials for events, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure event setups and branding projects are executed flawlessly.
  • Manage timelines and budgets for event-related production tasks.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement:


  • Prepare and present regular reports on production metrics, costs, and performance to senior management.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications:


  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in a production house, printing, events, or branding environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes for printing, booth construction, gift item manufacturing, and event branding.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in production environments
