Foreground is partnering with a leading production house company specializing in printing, booths manufacturing, and branding solutions, based in the UAE to find an experienced and Production Manager.
Role Overview:
A results-oriented Production Manager with expertise in managing diverse production operations and a proven ability to optimize workflows. The ideal candidate will oversee all production activities, ensure timely delivery, maintain quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement within the production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Oversight & Efficiency:
- Plan, organize, and manage all production operations, including printing, booth construction, gift item production, event setups, and branding projects.
- Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high levels of efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
Quality Assurance:
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure all products and services meet the companys high standards.
- Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols to minimize errors and waste.
- Address and resolve production-related issues promptly.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the production team to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members.
- Monitor team performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Vendor & Resource Management:
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to support uninterrupted production processes.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure the best terms and cost savings.
Health & Safety Compliance:
- Ensure all production activities comply with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to promote a safe working environment.
- Event & Branding Management:
- Oversee the production and execution of branding materials for events, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure event setups and branding projects are executed flawlessly.
- Manage timelines and budgets for event-related production tasks.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
- Prepare and present regular reports on production metrics, costs, and performance to senior management.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in a production house, printing, events, or branding environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes for printing, booth construction, gift item manufacturing, and event branding.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve operational excellence.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in production environments
