Job Description

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop and implement production plans and schedules, optimizing resource utilization, and continuously improving manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential as you work on developing and implementing production plans and schedules, optimizing resource utilization, and continually enhancing manufacturing processes to boost productivity and reduce costs.
  • Ensuring stringent quality control will be a central aspect of your position, involving the establishment and oversight of quality assurance initiatives, regular inspections, and the initiation of corrective measures to rectify any deviations from established quality standards.
  • Beyond your core duties, you will have a pivotal role in equipment maintenance and servicing, including troubleshooting, and establishing communication channels with suppliers to procure essential materials and components to sustain uninterrupted production.
  • You will also assume responsibility for equipment maintenance and upkeep, including troubleshooting and coordinating with suppliers to procure vital materials and components to ensure the continuous flow of production operations.
  • Moreover, you will take on a crucial role in equipment maintenance and servicing, encompassing troubleshooting and liaising with suppliers to procure essential materials and components to facilitate the uninterrupted flow of production activities.

Skills

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing, Chemical Engineering or in a related field.

8 - 12 years' experience in perfumes and cosmetics industries would be preferred.

Exceptional knowledge of procedures in cosmetics production.

Experience with lean manufacturing, six sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
