Our client is a well-established engineering organization based in Ras
Al Khaimah Free Zone (RAKEZ).
We are recruiting a UAE experienced production coordinator to join their
office in Ras Al Khaimah Free Zone (RAKEZ).
The successful candidate will coordinate all aspects of production and
inventory to ensure all production orders are fulfilled on time.
Role Summary
- Prepare production schedules and plans, raw material and BOM
requirements; order materials and equipment to meet production deadlines.
- Prepare invoices, documentation and packing lists for shipments and
material test certificates (MTCs).
- Prepare production reports.
- Assist with inventory counts and help to identify variances and resolve
discrepancies.
- Assist with updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Mandatory Experience
- 3-5 UAE years of experience in a production environment, ideally within
the metal fabrication industries.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
Candidate Profile
- Currently living in Ras Al Khaimah – must be able to live and work in
Ras Al Khaimah.
- Fluent in English and Tagalog – must be able to read, write and speak
fluent English.
- Excellent communication, customer service with a confident and outgoing
personality.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to communicate and coordinate
effectively across departments.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
