Job Description

Job Title: Production Assistant

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Salary: ₹75,000 per Month

Location: Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of production schedules to meet project deadlines.
  • Organize and manage production resources, including materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring availability and efficiency.
  • Support production staff in day-to-day operations, resolving issues and maintaining workflow.
  • Monitor and maintain production quality standards, reporting any deviations to supervisors.
  • Maintain accurate production logs, reports, and records for efficient tracking and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and alignment of tasks.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all production activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report maintenance needs promptly.
  • Provide input for process improvement and cost-saving initiatives in the production department.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Production Management, Engineering, or a related discipline).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
Skills Required
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Proficiency in using production management tools and software.
  • Familiarity with safety and compliance standards in a production setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with teams and supervisors.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced production environments.
