About The Job


We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Product / Project Manager to oversee a critical vendor-led implementation of CRM and MarTech solutions. While the vendor will handle the actual product implementation, you will lead a team of Functional Analysts, Business Analysts, and QA professionals to ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business and technical requirements.


As the main liaison between internal stakeholders and the vendor, you will coordinate tasks, mitigate risks, and validate deliverables to ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives.


●  Manage Implementation Delivery:


Serve as the primary point of contact for the vendor, ensuring clear and effective communication.


Oversee project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of RM and MarTech solutions.


Facilitate regular status updates with both the vendor and internal teams.


Validate that the vendor’s implementation aligns with agreed-upon requirements, customer journey mapping, and personalization strategies.


Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture principles, operating models, and standard procedures.


Escalate any deviations, risks, or issues to leadership and relevant stakeholders.


Provide status reports to senior leadership, highlighting key accomplishments, blockers, and upcoming steps.


●  Support in Technical Tasks & Discussions


Facilitate discussions between technical teams to evaluate solution design documents from the vendor.


Ensure solution design sign-offs from key stakeholders.


Review and provide feedback on design proposals to ensure they meet business needs and scalability.


Work with architects and technical leads to confirm integrations with CRM, marketing automation tools, CDPs, and analytics platforms.


●  Bug & Issue Resolution:


Coordinate with the internal QA team and the vendor’s technical team to triage, prioritize, and resolve bugs.


Track progress on fixes and enhancements, ensuring timely resolution.


Support the QA team in establishing QA processes and checkpoints for deliverables.


Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage feedback loops to ensure deliverables meet business expectations.


●  Oversee Handover & Post-Go-Live Support


Manage the transition of responsibilities from the implementation vendor to internal teams (e.g., Operations, Marketing, Support).


Validate documentation, training materials, and readiness for ongoing maintenance of CRM and MarTech platforms.


Ensure a smooth acceptance into production and facilitate post-go-live support.
