Job Description
Lead and manage the end-to-end digital customer journey, from acquisition to engagement, across digital platforms. Oversee the product digital strategy and roadmap for the Retail Liability business, ensuring seamless customer experiences and business growth.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute product strategy: Define the product roadmap and ensure product-market fit to achieve business objectives.
- Enhance digital experiences: Continuously refine UI/UX, streamline approval processes, and optimize digital customer journeys for efficiency and engagement.
- Drive product innovation: Develop customer-centric product strategies, including new product development, pricing models, and value-added services.
- Monitor performance and optimize digital journeys: Track digital touchpoints, analyze performance metrics, and implement improvements to maximize impact.
- Expand digital reach: Introduce innovative digital propositions to enhance customer coverage and accessibility.
- Optimize content and design: Improve messaging and visual elements across digital journeys and platforms for better customer engagement.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including Digital Banking, Marketing and Operations, to align strategies and execute business plans.
- Market and regulatory analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and local/global regulations to ensure product compliance, competitiveness, and profitability.
- Lead product launches: Manage end-to-end project execution, including feasibility studies, UAT participation, and post-launch performance tracking.
- Ensure compliance and risk governance: Adhere to internal policies and collaborate with IT Security, Ops Risk, and Compliance teams to enhance control measures.
- Measure success: Define and monitor key product indicators, funnel conversion rates, and revenue metrics to drive continuous improvement.
