Job Description

We are looking for a strategic Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to maximize the business impact of our product releases. Working closely with Product Managers, Data Analysts, and Revenue teams, you will contribute across research, feedback, and GTM strategy for two product verticals. This role bridges Product and Revenue functions to align customer needs, product development, and business goals. 


Key responsibilities: 


Research phase 


  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.  
  • Collaborate with Revenue teams to gather insights from customer conversations and frontline feedback.  
  • Leverage data analysis to inform feature development and business opportunities.  

Feedback on feature design & development  


  • Provide feedback during the design and development phases to ensure features align with customer needs and business objectives.  
  • Act as a customer advocate to ensure that the proposed solutions deliver maximum value.  
  • Partner with Product Managers to refine positioning and messaging during the development lifecycle.  

Go-to-Market (GTM) execution  


  • Develop and execute GTM strategies for feature launches to ensure alignment with business objectives.  
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams to create compelling messaging, sales enablement materials, and customer-facing content.  
  • Measure the success of product launches and adjust strategies for future improvements.

  • Data-Driven: Use analytics and data insights to guide decision-making and measure success. 
  • Project Management: Exceptional organizational and project management skills to prioritize, plan, and execute initiatives effectively. 
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex ideas in simple, compelling ways, both internally and externally. 

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Marketing, or Product Management, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment. 
  • Proven track record of launching products or features that drove significant business impact. 
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation, market research, and user insights. 
  • Familiarity with research and testing tools, such as heatmaps and session recording platforms (e.g., Hotjar, Mouseflow), usability testing tools (e.g., UserTesting, Wynter), and survey tools (e.g., Typeform, Qualtrics). 
  • Experience with product analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel) and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
