Job Description
The Product Manager will play a critical role in defining and executing the product vision and strategy for a digital platform in MPV stage. This individual will be responsible for guiding the product life-cycle from conception to launch and bridge the gap internally between the business and engineering teams.

Profile
Must have at least 5 years total experience working as a Product Manager in a product-centric technology companyMust have at least 2 years experience in an early stage start up, ideally exposed to 0-1 growthIdeally you come from a technical background in software engineering with ability to communicate with developers on a technical levelProficient in agile principles and practices, with experience leading Scrum teamsStrong understanding of the product life cycle, from ideation and market validation to launch and post-launch analysisProficient in data analysis and interpretation to track product performanceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teamsAbility to develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategyExperience of the health care industry is an advantage
