As a Product Manager – Retail Assets, you will lead the strategic development and management of personal loan products, ensuring competitive market positioning and strict adherence to bank policies.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in the review and development of existing and new personal loan products or their variants.
- Prepare business documentation for product launches and market research.
- Manage the smooth operation of personal loans, ensuring significant income generation for the bank.
- Regularly monitor product utilization and introduce new variant features based on market trends.
- Review product profitability and recommend changes to improve profitability and reduce costs.
- Ensure the bank’s website is updated and effectively promotes personal loans.
- Represent personal loan products effectively through cross-sell campaigns.
- Manage the end-to-end process of developing and enhancing processes, systems, and procedures for new and enhanced product offerings.
- Serve as the central point of contact for all product-related activities and procedures, ensuring compliance with AML and internal control standards.
- Manage and monitor the generation of MIS for personal loans monthly to assess business performance.
