An ideal candidate for this role must be a passionate, team-oriented problem solver with exceptional product management skills, a deep understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS), and a proven track record of driving customer-led product innovation and growth.


You will develop and direct product programs for a significant product or product category. Compile and evaluate research on the market's product requirements and identify enhancements to current features and functionality.


Establish marketing strategies, including product direction, packaging, pricing, expense budgets, profit plans and future product development, to manage a product or product category life cycle. Interface with engineers, designers, independent software vendors and customers to develop product requirements and specifications. Prepares and coordinates product introductions and updates.


Your role in our mission:


  • Lead the Iron Mountain InSight Digital Experience Platform in the EMEA region, overseeing its development, enhancements, and optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and customer success, to drive adoption of our platform in the EMEA region.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings. Use insights to inform roadmap decisions and prioritize feature development.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and industry partners to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and identify opportunities for collaboration and co-innovation.
  • Drive the launch and adoption of new platform features and enhancements tailored to meet the specific needs of EMEA clients, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of compliance regulations and requirements in the EMEA region and implement new platform capabilities to ensure compliance.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and advocate for our Content Services Platform solutions in the EMEA region. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to showcase our products and thought leadership.

Functional Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:


  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a product manager, demonstrating a track record of successfully leading product initiatives and driving results.
  • Minimum 10 years technology background and experience with digital products and services.
  • Strong background in SaaS (Software as a Service) products, with a deep understanding of SaaS business models, Pricing Models,and best practices.
  • Experience in B2B environments at scale, managing products and services for enterprise-level clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards a common goal.
  • Prior experience with Content Services Platforms, ideally within the information management or document storage industry.
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS solutions, including knowledge of the challenges and opportunities associated with delivering software services to large organizations.
  • Product management skills such as maintaining roadmaps, building backlogs, launching products, making build vs buy decisions, supporting commercial teams in GTM, working with engineering teams to build products, mandatory
  • Fluency in English is required and native Arabic fluency (Turkish language will be a strong advantage)
