The Product Manager Aircraft Component Services develops the products and services of the Segment which include component repairs and availability solutions, as well as consumables and expendables services. In addition, the Product Manager creates new solutions to meet market and global requirements.

Your main tasks include, among others:
Further develop Component related products considering segment goals and/or region-specific requirements. Prioritize development ideas in terms of benefits and effort, and coordinate, monitor, and/or lead the implementation of these ideas
Implement ideas with all relevant stakeholders and, if necessary, align with the segment's digitization strategy Review the achievement of long-term strategic product goals and derive development measures if target figures are not met Analyze market trends together with the Portfolio & Product Development Management and support the joint development of a product strategy Conduct structured collection and evaluation of customer feedback from customer-facing roles Ensure and/or coordinate the further development of standard documents, such as product presentations, external offers, and contract documents and ensure that any changes are reflected Support ongoing tender processes with product-specific ad-hoc solutions to increase sales opportunities Special tasks: participate in or lead projects
The ideal Product Manager Aircraft Component Services (ACS) should meet the following requirements:
Completed university or technical college degree in industrial engineering, alternatively engineering with good business knowledge or business administration with good technical knowledge
At least 2 years of professional experience in customer service, sales, or product management Good knowledge of business fundamentals and interrelationships Fluent in English Language, additional languages are an added value Excellent negotiation skills, assertiveness, and high persuasiveness Clear verbal and written communication Ability to work in a team High service orientation and customer focus Confident and adept demeanor/contact behavior High conflict resolution skills Intercultural competence Excellent organizational skills Very good analytical skills Quick comprehension, objective and sound judgment Strong decision-making power High sense of responsibility Willingness to travel Willingness to undergo further job-related education
