Take over a key role as a Product Manager inthe Product department and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success.
What we expect from you:
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to execution in collaboration with the engineering team
- Act as the single point of contact for your squad, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with business goals
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive execution
- Utilize product management tools such as Trello, Asana, Jira, and Confluence to streamline workflows and track progress
- Conduct comprehensive benchmarking and competitive analysis to evaluate product necessities and market trends
- Translate business needs into actionable product strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in product planning, execution, and quality assurance
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, staying updated on industry trends and best practices
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
- Eager to learn, with a strong work ethic and adaptability to a fast-paced environment
- Experience in product management, preferably in technology-driven startup or scale-up environments
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Jira, and Confluence
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate product necessities and market opportunities
- Positive attitude and ability to contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
- Experience managing multiple team members within a squad is a plus
- Ability to conduct comprehensive benchmarking and understand business needs
