Job Description

Product Manager


Product Manager will be responsible for driving our products strategy, adding new features to enrich our products, designing our customer experience and onboarding new partners into the platform as well as support client sales and client servicing team with new business opportunities. He/she will be also responsible to liaise with the engineering team for the products roadmap implementation. Product manager will own the customer engagement and product analytics.


Requirements:


Product Planning & Monitoring


  • Interfaces with clients and gains understanding of their requirements/processes and establishes objectives and key success factors.
  • Defines the vision for the product and creates a product road map based on the vision
  • Sets clear overall objective, smaller micro goals and the steps required to get to each goal.
  • Review the translated business requirements through BRDs to communicate user requirements in Business terms to project team.
  • Assess user stories and review comprehensive test cases that cover all business scenarios
  • Maintains, defines, and analyzes updated requirements traceability matrix that determine the success of the product
  • Monitors and evaluates product progress at each stage of the process to proactively prevent system failure
  • Participates in scrum meetings and product sprints.
  • Determines strategic and tactical direction to ensure continued success

Backlog Management


  • Review with product owners the product backlog before each meeting
  • Manages and review the product backlog complexity and prioritize requirements based on changing priorities by ranking them against the strategic goals and initiatives and resolve priority conflicts between other Product Owners.
  • Develop, implement, and monitoring production timelines across multiple departments

Market Research & Business Development


  • Explore and look out for more options to improvise the product
  • Evaluates ideas and guide new product initiatives from concept to implementation
  • Cultivates client relationships to influence new and existing business opportunities
  • Provides strategic and tactical input to the Management by evaluating new opportunities to up sell with existing clients
  • Identifies, analyses, and explores customer needs through market analysis and competitive activities
  • Identifies key decision makers and leverages opportunities to promote and sell company products and services

Engagement Management


  • Increases client satisfaction and drives revenue growth by developing a deep understanding of client's business, structure, challenges, and requirements by aligning the stakeholders internally and externally
  • Ensure that different service requests/ CRs are efficiently planned and delivered to time, and progress is tracked, communicated, and escalated, and requisite actions taken, as necessary
  • Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables
  • Interacts with respective stakeholders to identify and organize the steps for the next iterations part of planning process to plan and execute client requirements and set proper client expectations.
  • Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company.
  • Participates in review process meetings with clients to discuss current performance against targets
