Job role: 

We are looking to hire a smart product manager who is passionate about taking up ideas and bringing them to life. You will engage with our customer base directly, and decide the future of the product by working closely with key partners. You will also collaborate with marketing, sales and support to ensure that word gets out to people and they get to see what you are building.

Responsibilities but not limited to:
1. Product Strategy and Positioning:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, features, and pricing strategies
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and customer needs
• Develop and articulate compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences

2. Go-to-Market (GTM) Planning:

• Create and execute comprehensive GTM plans for new mobile devices launches
• Coordinate product launches, including product messaging, collateral development, and sales enablement
• Define target customer segments and channels for product distribution

3. Marketing Collateral Development:

• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including product presentations, datasheets, and digital content
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and messaging

4. Sales Enablement:

• Develop sales tools and resources to support the sales team, including product training materials, FAQs, and competitive analyses
• Provide product expertise and support to the sales team during customer engagements

5. Performance Analysis:

• Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess the success of marketing campaigns and product launches
• Use data insights to refine marketing strategies and make data-driven recommendations

6. Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with product development, engineering, and design teams to influence product development decisions
• Collaborate with regional marketing teams to adapt global strategies to local markets

Requirement:

• Two or more years experience in product management or similar role
• A people friendly person with extraordinary organizational and leadership skills
• Have strong presentation skills
• Ability to think creative and solve problem
• Familiarity in agile development framework will be preferable.
• Prior experience in development or program management will be a plus
