Job Description

·Qualify, propose, and manage: Distributors, Integrators and VARs (Value Added Resellers) as appropriate in the region.


·Oversee and manage the sale of the company’s products and services within the specified territory.


·Achieve targeted revenue & GP Margin.


·Work closely with the sales team to make sure the best promotions, offers, and deals and quality are being given to existing and prospective partners.


·Cost estimation and quotations and negotiations.


·Drive channel sales by developing relationships and evangelizing solutions with channel partners sales teams.


·Conduct quarterly business reviews and monthly pipeline reviews with channel partners.


·Vendor Management through Technology Partner Management for solution building.


·Identify and execute joint marketing programs to create new sales opportunities.


·Set short-term and long-term sales strategies.


·Have direct contact and relationships with key partners in the territory.


·Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with contractors & consultants.


·Actively and successfully manage the sales process through lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close the deals.


·Continually assess the ROI of all sales activities in the assigned country.


·Effective use of CRM tools for maintenance of accounts, account planning, forecasting and customer marketing records. Ensure CRM is up to date.


·Attend tradeshows and professionally participate in booth duty within the company’s booth at various marketing events.



Requirements

·Must have at least 3 + years product experience in IT Volume business.


·Excellent communication skills in English.


·Experience working with in-direct sales/ channel strategies and initiatives.


·UAE Driving License.


·Solid understanding of commercial transactions and sales business.


·Have sold and provided solutions for numerous business and technical clients.


·Demonstrated skills and abilities in collaborative efforts with experience in team/project-oriented activities.


Demonstrated ability to act independently upon information and make decisions that achieve optimal results
