Black & Grey HR is hiring a Product Development Manager for a globally recognized Aerospace & Defense company in Dubai. Our client seeks a seasoned professional to lead product development initiatives, mentor engineering teams, and integrate simulation-driven design with PLM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & implement structured training programs covering PLM systems (Teamcenter, Windchill), Six Sigma, and Design of Experiments (DOE).
- Drive simulation-based optimization to enhance product performance and reliability.
- Integrate PLM workflows with engineering processes for seamless collaboration.
- Provide technical mentorship to engineers, solving complex design challenges.
- Support prototyping & validation of aerospace and defense products.
Requirements- Master’s or PhD in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 10+ years in product development & lifecycle management in Aerospace & Defense.
- 2+ years of experience delivering technical training on product development.
- Expertise in simulation workflows, PLM integration, and optimization tools (Ansys OptiSLang, Minerva).
- Strong leadership & mentoring skills.
