The Story so far: Who we are

Founded in August 2020, Huspy started as a digital mortgage platform and quickly evolved into the largest proptech company in the EMEA region. Backed by leading investors such as Sequoia, Balderton, Founders Fund, and Olayan, we have experienced rapid growth with offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Madrid, and Valencia. Our mission is to revolutionize the real estate industry by building an all-in-one super app designed to empower agents and mortgage brokers.

The Main Event: What you'll do

As a Product Designer at Huspy, you'll play a key role in shaping how our products look and feel from start to finish. You’ll take full ownership of the user experience, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, impactful features. Your work doesn’t stop once a feature is released, you’ll continue to refine and improve it based on real user feedback and analytics. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

  • Own the End-to-End UX: Lead the design process for your tribe's features, from ideation to final implementation, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user experience.
  • Continuous Improvement: Post-launch, evaluate the success of your designs through user feedback and analytics, proposing improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Conduct Research: Use user research, competitive analysis, and contextual studies to inform design decisions and create user-centered solutions.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and address any challenges during the development phase.
  • Deliver Valuable Features: Maintain a feature-ship mindset, focusing on releasing high-impact features quickly and effectively, ensuring maximum value for users.
  • Autonomy & Ownership: Take full responsibility for your designs, maintaining a consistent and high-quality user experience across all products while working autonomously.

In this role, you'll have the freedom to innovate, the responsibility to improve, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on Huspy's products 🚀

The Perfect Match: What you bring
  • 4+ Years of UX/UI Design Experience: Proven experience designing for web, apps, e-commerce, dashboards, and both B2B and B2C products.
  • Fast Prototyping & Iteration: Ability to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate to quickly validate design concepts and improve them.
  • User-Centric Approach: Strong focus on designing for users, with a collaborative attitude in working alongside cross-functional teams.
  • Strong Portfolio: A portfolio that demonstrates your design expertise and successful project launches (applications without a portfolio won’t be considered).
  • Exceptional UI Design Skills: A keen eye for pixel-perfect design, auto-layout, and design systems, ensuring a seamless, polished user experience.
  • Branding Expertise: Experience in applying branding principles to enhance the product's identity.
  • Experience with Design Systems: Extensive knowledge of Figma and experience with atomic design principles, variants, booleans, and organization in design systems.
  • Project Management Skills: Solid ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set realistic expectations, and meet deadlines.
  • Customer Obsession: Focused on delivering 'wow' moments at every touchpoint of the customer journey.

Important: This role is not currently open—we are building a future talent pool for upcoming opportunities. While we are not hiring for this position at the moment, applying expresses your interest in being considered when a suitable role becomes available.
