We are currently recruiting for a Product Consultant Credit Cards for our trusted client to be based out of their office in Dubai.
Job Purpose:
The Product Consultant for Credit Cards will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our credit card portfolio. You will engage with clients, understand their needs, and present tailored credit card solutions.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and presenting suitable Premium credit card options.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on credit card products, providing in-depth knowledge to the sales team and clients to drive product adoption.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
- Gather and analyze feedback from clients and the sales team to identify market trends and opportunities for product enhancements.
- Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop strategies that drive credit card sales and improve market penetration.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and recommendations to management.
