Purpose of the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Product and Solutions expert to join our EMEA Partner Markets team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about Amadeus Products and Solutions (TAIT) and the growing demand for automation of processes in the Travel Industry (Online Travel Agents, Retail and Business Travel Agencies). You will be working closely with a portfolio of Amadeus Commercial Organizations (ACOs) and supporting them in driving our Products and Solutions strategy in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Amadeus Products and Solutions related activities for a portfolio of Partner Markets ACOs including coordination between Central Product Management and local teams.
Work with ACO teams to understand their market requirements and how Amadeus solutions can meet their needs.
Support the ACO commercial teams with potential Product and Solutions business opportunities by participating in prospective engagements and renewals by conducting product demonstrations.
Work closely with the Amadeus Go-To-Market team on new product implementation projects.
Monitor and support ACOs with Product and Solutions adoption and overall revenue performance.
Drive execution of regional and central initiatives and take lead on transversal and complex projects that require cross-area expertise.
About the ideal candidate:
Master’s degree (MBA or MSc), or Bachelor’s degree with other relevant post-degree qualification
To be successful in this role it is preferred that you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Previous experience of working with Amadeus Products and Solutions catered to Online Travel Agents, Business, and Retail Travel Agencies is an asset.
Excellent communication (both oral and written) in English. Ability to communicate in Arabic or French language would be an added qualification.
Strong networking skills.
