We’re recruiting ‘Procurement & Supply Chain Officer’ for one of our client based in Dubai, UAE.

With operations spanning over 10 countries, including the Middle East & North Africa, South Africa, Eastern Europe, and Vietnam, they manage a substantial portfolio exceeding 28,000 MW of power generation capacity and 5.3+ million m3/day of desalinated water output. Their expertise ensures reliable and efficient management of critical energy and water resources worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Researching and selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts, and establishing favourable terms and conditions for purchasing goods and services
Maintains optimal inventory levels by monitoring demand, coordinating with suppliers, and preventing overstocking or stockouts
Creating, processing, and tracking purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of products or services
Ensuring that procurement processes are cost-effective without compromising on quality or delivery timelines
Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements, while maintaining accurate records of purchases and contracts
Analysing procurement data and market trends to inform decision-making and improve supply chain performance
Requirements
Graduate / MBA / Engineer
Min 2-4 yrs experience in procurement & Supply chain
High level customer service approach skills
Must possess excellent communication skill
