Job Description

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data analytics to identify areas for improvement, implement continuous process enhancements, and mitigate potential supply chain disruptions to achieve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Create and execute strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize shortages, and decrease lead times, all while upholding rigorous quality standards and adhering to regulatory obligations.
  • Work closely with teams across various functions, such as sales, operations, and finance, to forecast market demand, synchronize production timelines, and streamline supply chain operations, thereby meeting customer demands and maximizing revenue.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage data analysis to pinpoint improvement opportunities, introduce continuous process improvements, and minimize potential interruptions in the supply chain, resulting in enhanced operational efficiency and customer contentment.
  • Develop and execute plans to streamline inventory levels, decrease stock deficiencies, and shorten lead times, ensuring high-quality products and adherence to all regulatory mandates.

Skills

  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to secure cost-effective and high-quality materials and services in accordance with organizational objectives.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities to foster effective collaboration with diverse teams, vendors, and suppliers within the supply chain network.
  • Utilizing strong analytical capabilities to streamline supply chain processes, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve operational efficacy.
  • Successful experience in crafting and executing strategic sourcing plans, negotiating favorable contracts, and cultivating mutually beneficial supplier partnerships.
