We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team and ensure our office operations run smoothly by managing our supply needs effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Procurement Management: Handle the sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management of office supplies, equipment, and services.
- Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of quality products.
- Cost Optimization: Monitor and evaluate purchasing activities to ensure alignment with budget goals, finding cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Order Tracking: Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and reports.
- Compliance: Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to anticipate and fulfill procurement needs and to support company operations.
- Problem Solving: Address supply issues promptly and develop strategies to avoid future shortages or disruptions.
