KBR is looking for Procurement Manager for a PMC project to be based in Paris for a year and moving back Abu Dhabi, UAE.


1. JOB PURPOSE:


  • Responsible for and plans, organizes and manages the procurement process for RLNG Project
  • Ability to fit purchase into project ecosystem besides maintaining freight and supply chain costs
  • Managing diverse procurement activities and aligning with design engineering
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with direct reports, senior management, vendors, other support groups and project team members.
  • Review of all purchase orders and contracts
  • Ensuring accuracy and adequacy of purchasing/contracts negotiation and supply chain administration activities
  • Fulfillment of various supply chain requirements relating to project performance
  • Timeliness, accuracy and adequacy of problem identification, status reporting and corrective actions
  •  Negotiation of T&C, Prices and Vendor Management
  • Coordination with expediting and project management teams during project execution to maintain on-time material delivery and supply
2. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualification


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills


  • 20+ years of diverse experience Procurement Management including at least 5 years’ experience in Procurement including at least 10 years of experience focused on Procurement, in the Oil, Gas or Petrochemical industry.
