In this role, you will:


  • Manage and support the procurement operations activities for the assigned category.
  • Communicate with sourcing, contracts & vendor management, suppliers, freight forwarders and inventory stores at all times to ensure that the customer department is fully involved in the procurement process.
  • Update business units on changes to the standard procurement operations procedures that will have an impact on the business unit’s operations.
  • Provide the required advice to customer departments on the suitable ordering process and payment options.
  • Prepare the asset disposal bid tabulation and terms and conditions, to ensure that the Groups' best commercial position is attained.
  • Ensure that the operations process has been followed as per the company standards and report any discrepancy to P&L Operations Manager.
  • Report any discrepancy to the agreed service levels to the relevant stakeholders.
