- Drives category management & leadership including high value/complexity tenders at group level including Indirect.

- Holds full accountability for the provision of expert due diligence and company and market expertise.
- Drives the value creating re process, performance & commercial activity; track record of delivering on targets. leads the plan development & implementation incl embedding, monitoring, delivering via others.
- Manages, influences & negotiates with key senior stakeholders (c-suite & board) on matters of strategic importance.

- Leads the implementation of a systematic performance improvement cycle to continually improve the quality of function/teams/area).

You’ll need to have:
- Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
- Construction & Market Knowledge.
- High value/complexity tender expertise.
- International main contractor experience.
- Personal effectiveness e.g. stakeholder management, effective communicator.
- People person/positively engaging.
- Leads others /coaches /develops others.
- Role model/best in class/expert.
- Cradle to grave strategy roll out.
- Potential to lead global teams/department.
- Can delegate for BUD lead/owners.
You’ll also have:
- CIPS qualified.
- Demonstratable track record in a senior leadership/director role (or equivalent).
- Excellent understanding of wider management principles and techniques.
